Did Jesus ever get married?

Question:

There seem to be questions as to whether or not Jesus was married. As far as I know, there are no references indicating that he was. Do you have references to this question?

Answer:

The Bible is clear that Jesus never got married. It would have been impossible for Jesus to get married, according to the Scripture, because that union would thus have produced another offspring that was “God in the flesh.”Continue reading

Did Jesus have any sisters?

Question:

Several places in the New Testament there is reference to the brothers and/or sisters of Jesus. The brothers are named, the sisters are not. Does this imply that “sisters” means fellow female Christians – or that he had biological sisters who are not named (do we know their names?)?Continue reading

Has Jesus always sat on the right hand of God?

Question:

HAS JESUS ALWAYS SAT ON THE RIGHT HAND OF THE POWER OF GOD?

Answer:

Ever since He died and was resurrected, He has been seated there. Romans 8:34 says, “Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.” Hebrews 12:2 says, “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

Is seeing Jesus, seeing the Father?

Question:

While going through your list of questions that were already asked I read where someone asked if GOD and JESUS were equal and you said yes that JESUS is GOD. My question is does ths mean that man was looking on the face of GOD when they were face to face with JESUS. I’m very confused.

Answer:

Yes, Jesus is God Almighty, and if people had seen Jesus, then they had seen the Father. John 14:7-9 says, “If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and FROM HENCEFORTH YE KNOW HIM, AND HAVE SEEN HIM. Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? HE THAT HATH SEEN ME HATH SEEN THE FATHER; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?” John 12:44,45 says, “Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me. And HE THAT SEETH ME SEETH HIM THAT SENT ME.”

If Jesus is God, then why doesn’t He know the time when He is going to return?

Question:

My question is about the trinity. If the trinity is true then that means they we have to believe that God the Father God the son and God the holy sprit are all one and equal with each other. Well if that is the case then how can you explain Matthew 24 verse 36 where God the son Jesus can’t tell the disciples when the Great tribulation is going to come, because the only one that knows that is God the Father so how can they be all one and equal with each other when God the Father knows that and God the Son does not know.Continue reading

And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age…”
