You are just like Adam & Eve!
You see, they made the same mistake that you just did. All they had to follow was one rule, and they disobeyed—JUST LIKE YOU DID! “And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die” (Holy Bible, Genesis 2:16,17, KJV). “She took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat” (Holy Bible, Genesis 3:6, KJVV).
Why did they disobey? For partly the same reason that YOU JUST DID—CURIOSITY!
You just had to see what was inside this little paper, didn’t you? And Eve just had to find out for herself what could possibly be so bad about eating a little fruit from that tree! The world has never been the same since that day. “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and SO DEATH PASSED UPON ALL MEN, for that all have sinned” (Holy Bible, Romans 5:12, KJV).
What else is there that
draws people to disobey,
JUST LIKE YOU DID?
God mentions three things in this world that PULL YOU TO SIN. “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the LUST OF THE FLESH, and the LUST OF THE EYES, and the PRIDE OF LIFE, is not of the Father, but is of the world” (Holy Bible, I John 2:15,16, KJV).
How did that first one, the
LUST OF THE FLESH, affect Eve?
“And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food…” (Holy Bible, Genesis 3:6b, KJV). Eve’s flesh was now attracted to the fruit, because she saw that it was “good for food.” There is no limit to what people will do to satisfy the FLESH! Whether it is EATING, or IMMORAL RELATIONSHIPS, or ALCOHOL, or DRUGS—people love to “satisfy their flesh.” What about YOU?
How did that second one, the LUST OF THE EYES, affect Eve?
“The woman saw… that it was pleasant to the eyes.” How many people are hopelessly in debt, because something LOOKED TOO GOOD to pass up, and they bought it? How many people are now separated from their husband/wife, because someone else LOOKED TOO GOOD to pass by, and they committed adultery? People love to “satisfy the eyes.” What about YOU? Watch out! God says, “The eye is not satisfied with seeing” (Holy Bible, Ecclesiastes 1:8, KJV). But you probably already knew that from experience… didn’t you?
How did that third one, the PRIDE OF LIFE, affect Eve?
Eve saw it was, “A tree to be desired to make one wise.” But she had been lied to by the serpent, Satan. Has Satan also deceived YOU? “The way of life is above to the wise, that he may depart from hell beneath.” (Holy Bible, Proverbs 15:24 , KJV)
Who is the Lord Jesus Christ?
The Lord Jesus Christ is the Son of God, God Almighty in the flesh.
The name “Lord” means “Master.” Do you desire to repent of your sin and obey the Lord?
The name “Jesus” means “Saviour.” Do you realize that your good works cannot pay for your sins? “For the wages of sin is death.” (Holy Bible, Romans 6:23a, KJV) It is Jesus that died on the cross for you, because He loves you, and gave His pure, sinless blood to pay the wages of your sin.
The name “Christ” means “Messiah.” He is coming again—and it could be at any moment. Are you ready for His coming?
The proof that Jesus successfully paid the wages of your sin, is the fact that He arose from the grave. “He was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.” (Holy Bible, 1 Corinthians 15:4b, KJV)
To be saved, you must call upon the Lord Jesus from your heart. “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the LORD JESUS, and shalt BELIEVE in thine HEART that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be SAVED.” “For whosoever shall CALL upon the NAME of the LORD shall be SAVED” (Holy Bible, Romans 10:9,13, KJV).
Repent and turn to the Lord Jesus Christ right now. Ask Him to forgive you, and cleanse you, and save you.
After we ask the Lord Jesus Christ to save us, then God instructs us to openly confess Him by getting baptized under the water in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. “Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.” (Holy Bible, Romans 6:4, KJV)
Yes, I just asked the Lord Jesus Christ to save me, and I desire to now live for Him.

Everyone likes to think he/she is a little smarter than the
next guy. How about YOU? Let’s do a little test to see!
Do you think that you are good enough to get into heaven? Yes? No? God says that you are not. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Holy Bible, Romans 3:23, KJV). “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so DEATH PASSED UPON ALL MEN, for that all have sinned” (Holy Bible, Romans 5:12, KJV). The sin nature that was passed down to us by Adam and Eve, was not passed down to Jesus Christ, because He was born of a miraculous virgin birth. Jesus then lived a perfect life, and died on the cross to pay for our sins. He arose victorious from the grave, proving that His pure blood paid the price for all of our sins.
The decision is in your hands.
Will you now repent of your sins and false beliefs, and place your complete trust in the Lord Jesus Christ to save you? “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name” (Holy Bible, John 1:12, KJV).
“Dear Lord Jesus, I do believe that you are the Son of God; that you are God Almighty in the flesh, the Creator of heaven and earth. I do believe that you are the only Savior; that you died on the cross for me, and gave your precious blood to pay my sin debt; and then you arose from the grave the third day. I do now repent of my sins, and receive you as my Savior. Please forgive me, and save my soul. Please raise up my life from sin and shame, and use it now for your glory. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”
